Parashuram Hadimani – Managing Director
A post-graduate engineering degree in structural engineering holds a degree from the Visveswaraya University of Technology, Belgaum. Parashuram founded RAMPS in 2018 on the side of Avinash and Rajesh. Designed and developed numerous real estate projects that include individual homes and layouts guided by eclogical principles, integrating water, energy and land use considerations into the design.
He is a structural engineer, an innovator and above all a visionary who’s heading the design division at RAMPS.
Rajesh B Gowda – Exexcutive Director
With a bachelor’s degree from Visveswaraya University of Technology, Belgaum. Rajesh founded RAMPS in 2018 with Avinash and Parshuram.His previous exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects globally brings an ambitious vision for RAMPS as a player in the infrastructure industry.He is a civil engineer, an innovator and above all a visionary who is heading the infrastructure division.

Highly motivated person with 6 years of experience in the field of civil and structural detailed engineering using Indian standards and codes of practice in various major residential apartment projects, commercial buildings, residential villas projects and waste water treatment plant.

Having 16 years drafting and design experience in the different field of Mechanical (Plumbing & Fire fighting). Specially trained in drafting (Plumbing & Fire fighting) in QDC Doha, Qatar, Middle East on various ongoing projects. Having experience of working in high raised buildings at abroad.

Shivanand – B.E in Civil Engineering.
Having 6 years drafting and design experience in the different field of Civil and MEP services ,design, drafting, execution of pre contracts and post contracts works with organizations in India. His work focused on infrastructural development and enhancement such as extensions of road and tram networks, landscaping and services.

Highly motivated individual having 2 year of strong experience in the field of drafting of civil and interior drawings. His work focused on drafting of architectural, interior, structural designs of residential, commercial and other high raised buildings.
